Designed and stood up an enterprise-scale Azure landing zone with hub networking, hybrid identity, policy-as-code guardrails, and a Terraform module library the agency now owns and extends.

Datacenter exit & re-platform
Discovery, wave planning, and execution of a full datacenter exit into Azure — combining lift-and-shift for stable workloads with selective re-platforming to PaaS where it cut cost and toil.
